After I send the Credit Application to your company, who is the person that I can refer to in case I have any questions?

Once your credit account is created, one of our friendly customer service representatives will contact you with the purpose of obtaining some additional information from you. You may refer to this person in case you have any further questions or comments regarding any of our services

How can I request services from Hadid?

By email:

For permit requests: permits@hadid.aero

For Cosmos team you may send it to: cosmos@hadid.aero

For Mercury team you may send it to: mercury@hadid.aero

For handling requests: handling@hadid.aero

For fuel requests: fuel@hadid.aero

If your request includes services from more than one department you may then send it to ops@hadid.aero


How long does it take to have our requested services confirmed?

At Hadid, "short notice is our business". However, the time it takes to confirm a request varies according to the location where service is to be delivered and to the time it was requested. So in case of a request sent in weekend or out of agents' working hours, and although in most cases we manage to secure services to our clients, the requests may not be confirmed in a timely manner and sometimes not confirmed at all.

I sent a service request but got no reply. What does this mean?
Whenever one of our employees receives your request, he would immediately send you an acknowledgement to let you know that your request has been received and that we are working on securing the services for you. In case you don't receive this acknowledgement message, this would mean that we didn't receive your request so please resend your request again
Is it possible to have the invoices sent to us through snail mail or fax?

If you can't receive our invoices through mail please contact the person responsible for your account with Hadid in order to take the necessary arrangements in this regard.

What do I need to do in order to start using Hadid's credit facilities?

If this is the first time you are using Hadid's services you may download our Credit Application form here and send it after having filled it with the information to ops@hadid.aero. Our staff will then get back to you within 24 hours.

What happens after the operation of my flight/how do I pay for the provided services?

After the operation of your flight and upon the receipt of the invoices from our agents, our computer-based invoicing system sends all related invoices to your email.
